Beach litter on Rottingdean Beach during Great British Beach Clean GBBC Billy Barraclough

Organise a beach clean for your volunteer day

1 minute read

Discover the step-by-step process of organising a beach clean for a rewarding volunteer day. Our comprehensive guide provides expert tips and practical advice to set up a successful event and maximise its impact.

Spend your workplace volunteer day at the beach

If your workplace offers volunteering or charity days, why not organise a beach clean and litter survey on behalf of the Marine Conservation Society?

Not only is it a chance to spend time by the sea, but you'll also be helping to keep Britain's beaches beautiful and our ocean safe for wildlife.

In addition to removing harmful litter from the beach, every piece of litter YOU record is added to our database to support our campaigns - your work will have a lasting impact on the health of our ocean.
