World Ocean Day Beach Clean

As part of Great Big Green Week and The Big Help Out, join us for a beach clean at Sandilands and help protect local marine life this World Ocean Day. Together, we’ll be supporting the Marine Conservation Society by helping stop harmful litter from reaching the ocean, while collecting important data that supports campaigns for cleaner, healthier beaches. We’ll provide gloves, bags and litter-pickers, but if you’d prefer to bring your own equipment, please feel free. Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and sturdy walking boots or shoes.

Sandilands Great British Beach Clean

Join us at Sandilands for the Great British Beach Clean and help protect local marine life along the Lincolnshire coast. Together, we can help care for this special stretch of coastline and keep the sea safer for wildlife this summer. Every piece of litter collected, from washed-up plastic to tiny fragments hidden in the sand, helps make a difference. We’ll also be gathering important data for the Marine Conservation Society, helping build a clearer picture of coastal litter and supporting campaigns for cleaner, healthier seas. We’ll provide gloves, bags and litter-pickers, but you’re very welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy footwear so you can stay comfortable while helping care for Sandilands’ shoreline.
