Gibraltar Point Beach Clean
We will be meeting at the beach at 10am, it is about a 10 minute walk from the car park and the toilets to the beach. Both car parks have paths that will take you down to the beach. The walk is a little longer from North car park. There are toilets at the Visitor Centre car park, this is the car park at the very end of the road, after driving over the hump/sea deference. If you find this car park is full please return down the road to the North Car Park. Equipment will be provided, but if you have your own litter pickers or gloves, please bring them along. We will have flags at the meeting point on the beach. From the Visitor Centre follow the tarmacked path through the saltmarsh and turn left at the bottom of the stairs. From the North car park follow the path down to mill hill, follow the path around the hill, going through the gate and along the east dunes before turning left to reach the beach. The route will be sign posted. There is a fee for the car park of £2 for 2 hours or £5 for the day.
