Dolau Beach Clean - Sea Watch Foundation 2026
Each year, the Sea Watch Foundation hosts an annual beach clean in collaboration with the Marine Conservation Society on one of New Quay's local beaches — in an effort to make a positive, lasting impact on the environment! A widely diverse array of flora/fauna sits right on New Quay's doorstep. From our colony of auks and gulls, the Atlantic grey seal and Bottlenose dolphin, to the many species of salt and freshwater fish that sustain these charismatic predators. Cardigan Bay's ecosystem is brimming with life — and with a helping hand, you could ensure Cardigan Bay remains healthy and thriving.
Volunteers will meet at the Sea Watch Foundation Hub at 13:45 (Paragon House, Wellington Place, SA45 9NR) before making our way down to Dolau Beach to begin this 1hr beach clean at 14:00.
