Rating summary

Coley, or saithe, in the Northeast Arctic is overfished and subject to overfishing. Some appropriate management measures are in place. There is a management plan, that follows scientific advice. However, catches have occasionally exceeded advice. Some Arctic saithe catches are by purse seine netting. This has low bycatch levels and is unlikely to have any habitat impacts.
