The magical Cotswold Way provides a stunning setting for a testing challenge - with some fantastic views en-route and tough hills in between! Our base-camp in Cirencester is the hub for a full challenge looped route through the heart of the Cotswolds, which provides a stunning setting for 2,000 adventurers to test themselves. There are rolling hills, villages, the magical Cotswold Way, footpaths and trails.

You’ll get full support and hospitality, including optional university style accommodation at our base-camp. Choose from the full challenge, three-quarter challenge, half challenge, or quarter distance option. We also offer a 10km or 10 mile route as an introduction to this challenge.

Your entry includes free food and drink at regular rest stops, plus support including medics, marshals and massage. As you cross the finish line, you’ll get a glass of fizz, t-shirt, and a medal to commemorate your achievement.

How to enter

Choose your funding option

Option 1 – Charity Sponsorship - Pay a small registration fee and commit to fundraise for your chosen charity. Fees from £40 plus a commitment to raise funds for us*

Option 2 – Mixed Funding - Pay half your place, and fundraise a smaller target for your chosen charity. Fees £100 max plus a commitment to raise funds for us*

Option 3 - Own Place Fundraising – you pay the full cost of the event place - fundraise whatever you can, with no set target or deadline, and there’s no event place cost at all to the charity - us! 100km: £198

T&Cs

All sponsorship goes direct to the Marine Conservation Society via your online JustGiving page. At least 50% of the sponsorship target should be with us by 3 weeks prior to the Challenge. Failure to meet the deadline may result in cancellation of your place. The remaining 50%, and any extra, should be with the Marine Conservation Society by 4 weeks after the Challenge.
