A floating barnacle, with legs that stick out from an almost-transparent body case, and a stalk attached to its own float.
The barnacle secretes its own float, which resembles yellow polysterene.
Location
Coming from the Mid Atlantic Ocean, may wash up on the beach after South Westerly winds.
