Description
Pretty, vibrantly coloured, with translucent tentacles. Found in a range of greens, pinks, purples, yellows and browns.
Can reproduce by splitting into carbon-copies, so colonies are often a carpet of the same bright colour.
Location
Usually found only beneath the waves, they make an exciting find at low tide in shaded rocky gulleys and overhangs on exposed rocky coasts
