Hot Crab Dip with Welshman's Caviar
An indulgent and creamy crab dip, best served with our Ships Biscuits.
900g of Sour Cream
300g of Crab Meat
125g Strong Cheddar Cheese
1tsp of Welshmans Caviar
2tbsp Lemon Juice
1tsp Worcestershire Sauce
3/4tsp Dry Mustard - depending on taste
226g Cream Cheese
Mix Together the Sour Cream, Lemon Juice, Worcestershire Sauce, Dry Mustard, Cream Cheese and Welshmans Caviar. Fold the Cheddar Cheese and Crab Meat into mix. Spoon the mixture into a oven proof dish. Add Bake at 170C for 25 mins.
Serve with our ships biscuits or a crispy cracker
