Meet opposite 23 Rossall Promenade, FY5 1LP for a 09:30 start. Dress for the weather and bring suitable footwear for a pebble/shingle beach.   • I agree to read and follow the information relating to Health and Safety available in the organiser guide.
  • I agree to carry out a risk assessment in advance of Beachwatch events and I will keep a written record of these assessments.
  • I will record the details of any accident or incident of concern during the event and report this to MCS.
  • I will give a Health and Safety briefing to any volunteers before events start.
  • I understand that I must not supervise young volunteers under 16 years of age, nor allow anybody who is not their legally responsible adult to supervise them (some examples of legally responsible adults include: their parent, guardian, school teacher or guide leader).
  • I understand that if no surveys have been conducted within three years my beach will become available for others.
