NR11 area in North norfolk head towards Trimingham,vale road is a slip road next to what use to be the ingleside hotel not the one that leads onto sandy gulls caravan park. Limited parking at the bottom of the slope. Weather appropriate clothing and walking shoes or wellies are advisable, toilets along Mundesley seafront also, cafe, shop and chip shop. children welcome as are dogs but best to keep dogs on leads. Ramps can be very slippery when wet and they are quite steep too, especially cardiac hill. Equipment is provided,but welcome to bring your own gloves or pickers if you wish. Prep talk given before we start. Please contact me by email or phone if you require more details. All welcome and stay as long or little as you like, even half an hour helps. An enjoyable way to look after our beaches, meet new people and enjoy the coast too :)

  • I agree to read and follow the information relating to Health and Safety available in the organiser guide.
  • I agree to carry out a risk assessment in advance of Beachwatch events and I will keep a written record of these assessments.
  • I will record the details of any accident or incident of concern during the event and report this to MCS.
  • I will give a Health and Safety briefing to any volunteers before events start.
  • I understand that I must not supervise young volunteers under 18 years of age, nor allow anybody who is not their legally responsible adult to supervise them (some examples of legally responsible adults include: their parent, guardian, school teacher or guide leader).
  • I understand that if no surveys have been conducted within three years my beach will become available for others.
