Survey type:
Beachwatch (year round)
Date & time:
Saturday, 20 April 2019 - 10:00am - 12:00pm
Meeting location:
Llandanwg beach car park
Additional information:

All welcome! We will have litter pickers, gloves and bags..so just turn up and join in!
We have made a mistake with our timings as there is a very high tide at 9.30 am, but the National Trust are doing a litter pick around the estuary at the back of the beach at the same time, and we can join that. I will be doing the actual litter survey as soon as the tide allows which will be around 11.30, so please do feel free to join either or both parts of the beach clean. The estuary collects lots of the litter, and then it washes back into the sea, so whatever we remove contributes to making our lovely beach and oceans better.
We will be inevitably visiting the café too, so come and meet up and be part of the solution!!
