Cramond
Status:
Confirmed
Survey type:
Beachwatch (year round)
Date & time:
Thursday, 30 November 2017 - 10:00am - 12:00pm
Meeting location:
By the flagpole next to the causeway to Cramond Island
Additional information:

We will be meeting at 10am next to the entrance to the causeway out to Cramond Island to do a briefing before heading down to the normal 100m section to do our beach clean and survey before winter truly sets in :)

We will spend about an hour doing the survey followed by an hour doing a general clean of the area.

Everyone is welcome, please do read the risk assessment attached to the beach page on the website for full details but we recommend you come along with lots of layers and sturdy close toed shoes. Snacks and drinks are a good idea to keep you going, we would of course recommend you bring these in reusable containers to reduce the use of single use plastic.

If you have any questions in the run up to the event then please do not hesitate to get in touch with catherine.gemmell@mcsuk.org or Tara.Proud@mcsuk.org

We look forward to seeing you on the beach!
