A 5 mile stretch of straight shingle coastline, gently sloping to reveal sand at low tide. Popular with water sports enthusiasts. Local town with good facilities, shops and cafes. Worthing festival on last full weekend of each July.


Popular activities include: swimming, sailing, windsurfing and fishing. There is zoning for water sports.

Wildlife and Walks

Cycle path on the east side of Splash Point. Nearby is WWT’s Arundel Wetland Centre where they offer boat safaris. The RSPBs Adur Estuary is close also, thy have some fantastic bird species such as dunlin, lapwing and redshank.
