Tregonhawke sits in front of the Whitsand Bay Fort. There is a cafe - Eddystone Cafe - and toilets. The beach is a mixture of course sand and rocks. To get to the beach you head down a narrow and steep cliff path.

Activities

View Café has excellent food on the cliff tops. A surf school operates here - Whitsand Bay Surf Lifesaving Club. Sunken frigate, HMS Scylla, lies on the seabed in the bay, making this a popular dive site.

Wildlife and Walks

The South West Coast Path runs past the beach - head west to Freathy and Portwrinkle and east to Rame Head.
