This is a remote rocky beach where sand is exposed at low tide. It looks out over Milford Haven waterway.

Activities

A good spot for coastal walking, exploring the estuary and bird watching.

Wildlife and Walks

It is possible to walk across the estuary but beware if you are cut off by the tide you will have a long walk back. Walks in the area give excellent views of Skolkholm and Skomer islands renowned for their seabird populations.

Water samples are taken at this designated bathing water by Natural Resources Wales, during the bathing season, 15th May to 30th September.
