MCS helps TV chefs encourage the UK to tackle more varied and sustainable fish dishes
A week of programmes broadcast on Channel 4 last week was dedicated to catching, eating and cooking fish. MCS advised many of the chefs on the kinds of fish to cook, to encourage viewers to try something different when it comes to their next fish supper. The week-long series starts on January 11th.
