Employee engagementOur corporate supporters often get involved on a volunteer level as well. Many businesses join in with our Beachwatch programme to clean and survey a beach as part of a staff team building day. It’s a great way to strengthen the valuable relationship between you and your employees whilst having fun and raising money and awareness for a good cause. Volunteering outside of the workplace has added benefits inside – it’s recognised that staff bring new skills, knowledge, perspectives and increased confidence to their day-to-day jobs.

MCS has a wealth of experience in managing relationships with companies large and small, offering a variety of staff and customer engagement opportunities. From running marathons, wild swimming, holding a “Big Blue Day”, cake sales or fundraising dinners, employees all around the UK are raising vital funds for the charity.
Corporate membershipOur corporate membership scheme gives companies of every size an opportunity to support MCS’ vital conservation work. Joining is easy, with different levels on offer and benefits such as promotion to our supporter network, complimentary event tickets and expert sustainability advice in return for your donation. You will be introduced to our supporters with a welcome article in our magazine and kept informed about our conservation work through our newsletter and quarterly magazine.
